“Michal Martoch byl jedním z mých kolegů. Během své práce našel příležitost ke zlepšení našeho komunikačního systému. Všiml si, že hlavní problémy jsou způsobeny slabou komunikací při změně jednotlivých směn. Docházelo tak ke ztrátě informací, nesprávnému předání či zpoždění. Proto vymyslel a zavedl svou vlastní myšlenku – nový komunikační nástroj, který byl vytvořen pomocí Microsoft Share point. Výrobní výsledky a informace byly sbírány a sdíleny centrálním systémem.
